Who Am I?

Hi, let me introduce myself, first and foremost, I’m a parent to 4 amazing human beings. Three of them have individual needs and have struggled through aspects of their own lives. I have spent over 20 years supporting, advising and advocating for them to access the services they need.

Second to parenthood, but no less important, I have worked in the education system for a decade. I have been a mentor for young people aged 4-11 supporting and de-escalating challenging behaviour and helping them manage the big emotions that life throws at us.

I have successfully delivered Speech, language and communication interventions in a classroom on a small group and 1:1 basis.

My expertise has been called upon many times to support children and young people with ASC and ADHD who are struggling to be in class.
